Established in 1994, PAA’s Health Outreach Program works to promote the health and overall well-being of economically-disadvantaged, medically-uninsured, limited-English-speaking Polish immigrants by providing them with:

• Health Awareness Education, Free Medical Screenings and Immunizations
• Preventive Healthcare and Access to Health Insurance for Children, AllKids and WIC Program
• Case Management Services
• Community Outreach and Seminars provided by volunteer doctors and nurses.

The Health Outreach Program bridges the gap between the Polish speaking community and existing healthcare facilities that provide immigrants with desperately needed healthcare and information.
