Blue Cross and Blue Sheld of Illinois Grant Award

We are pleased to announce that we have received a grant from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois in support of our Senior Services Program. We are very excited to partner with BCBS of Illinois to help continue our Senior Services Program and provide elderly Poles with resources that will allow them to achieve and maintain optimum physical and mental health.
